Baby Pics of Liam

Liam is such a smiley baby it was great fun taking pictures of him! He’s a little older than the newborn pictures I’m used to so it was a learning experience for me as well. Since we had some time and the rest of his family had come along we decided to get a few shots of them as well.

Open Bridal Shoot at Cobblestone Hall

Much thanks to Chris Florio for organizing the first meet up of the Triangle Chapter of the North Carolina Photography Group. The nice folks at Cobblestone Hall let us use their beautiful space in the City Market area of downtown Raleigh for the evening. Chris also arranged for makeup artists and stylists to make our models feel extra special. We were able to share techniques, network with others from the Triangle interested in photography, and to get some shots of our own. A great event for all!

Maternity Pics for Doracy at 28 Weeks

Doracy is expecting twins! We wanted to get some maternity shots before things got to far along so she could enjoy the shoot before the babies got really big.

Portrait Palooza – Renaissance Hotel, North Hills Raleigh

Some of my shots for the second Portrait Palooza event held by the Wedding Photographic Society. We had only 10 minutes to shoot with our model anywhere inside the Renaissance Raleigh North Hills Hotel.

Thanks to Ginger Mullins and Margo Williams for their talents with hair and makeup, Rachel Price of Tre Bella for providing the beautiful gowns, the WPS board for organizing the event, and of course the lovely Kasey Unroe for volunteering to model for us.

You can see all of the shots from the event here.

Joei Reed

Joei had made a new costume for her performances and she wanted to get some shots of it. You can see more images from the shoot here.

River and Parsnip

Mom was visiting this weekend and wanted some good photos of the puppies she brought with her. They were surprisingly good at sitting still for mugshots.

Meka La Creme

Meka La Creme is a burlesque performer from Durham, NC. She wanted some updated shots of her new costumes so we set to getting some classic pinup shots for her. She’s an absolute natural in front of the camera and a joy to work with.
